The Caperton Society sets the price of books on the Socitey website only to recover the full cost of publishing and shipping each title. There is really little to no profit generated from these titles. Any profit that is generated is used to build up the inventory and add titles. As such there is no revenue to absorb the incidental costs associated with returns. However if you are not satisifed with a title you have purchased from the Caperton Society, and the book is in unread condition, you may return it for a refund of the price of the book after shipping and paypal fees have been deducted.
